Shipping

Orders are dispatched within 2 working days. Delivery takes 3–5 working days within Belgium and the Netherlands, and 5–8 working days for the rest of the EU.

Shipping is free on all orders above €150. Orders below €150 are charged at €6.50 (BE/NL) or €9.50 (EU).

You will receive a tracking number by email when your order is dispatched.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.

To start a return, contact us at hello@corps-store.com with your order number. We will reply within 1 working day.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. In that case, CORPS covers the return cost in full.

Refunds are processed within 5 working days of receiving the return. You will be refunded to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. Return the original item and place a new order for the correct size or colour.
